Using Bathyx
Bathyx is an information app that shows public data about decentralized finance. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
No financial services
Bathyx doesn't provide trading, brokerage, custody, lending, payments or wallet services, and it doesn't execute or route any transaction.
Not advice
Content in the app is for general information. It isn't investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to use any protocol or hold any asset. Make your own decisions and consider independent advice where appropriate.
Third-party data
Figures come from third-party sources, including DefiLlama, Coinbase and Kraken. They can be delayed, revised, incomplete or inaccurate, and Bathyx doesn't control them. Names and logos of protocols, chains and tokens belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them; Bathyx isn't affiliated with them.
Availability
The app and its data are provided "as is". Features and data sources can change or be unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bathyx and its developer aren't liable for losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its data.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is posted on this page with its date.
